Just finished a photography course and I am keen to start improving my photos. I've been reading a lot about photography, photojournalism, pictorialism, and I am trying to discern what makes a 'great' photo. I am quite fascinated with architecture and I love taking photos of flowers. My weakness lies in capturing human images. I am going to start online photo scavenger hunts and learn more about Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom techniques. I am not sure where this obsession with taking photos will lead me, but for now, it is such a fun hobby to experiment with! The following photos are a random selection from the last few years, combined with a few quotes from my readings. I don't claim to have found 'a great photo' but I am aiming to take it one day.
